These are the "Breakthrough" points for the Ores. Thus far, they've held constant across both the Mining and Smelting skills. I'll update as my own skills progress higher and I begin to craft armors.

Tin - 0.0% - 49.9%
Copper - 50.0% - 59.9%
Iron - 60.0% - 64.9%
Nickel - 65.0% - 69.9%
Silver - 70.0% - 74.9%
Shadow Iron - 75.0% - 79.9%
Gold - 80.0% - 84.9%
Agapite - 85.0% - 89.9%
Verite - 90.0% - 92.4%
Platinum - 92.5% - 94.9%
Mithril - 95.0% - 97.4%
Valorite - 97.5% - 98.9%
Adamantium - 99.0% - 100%

That's as far as I've progressed so far. More to come.

I think this should be moved to the crafting form, I keep forgetting where it is when I try to refer to it.

As I progress through mining and smelting I see that these are not accurate for smelting, they do seem so for mining though except for copper, I was able to mine that at 20%. Also this does seem accurate for armor crafting, think my first toon is at 78ish armor

As for smelting this is what im seeing on my second toon lvling up smelting 1st toon is at 84.6 but has lvled it mostly with tin, copper, iron, and nickel. The 2nd toon has found this

Tin - 0.0% - 20%
Copper - 20.0% - 40% ish
Iron - 40% - 64.9%
Nickel - 65.0% - 70%
Silver - 70% -

Will edit as I progress which should be rather quickly, mining on this toon is at 93.7 and class lvl is 41

Im guessing the rest are same.

At 98.5 mining now and all seems correct. Weaponsmith at 86.5 and smelting at 92.3.. Ugh such a hard road
